Kidnapping or abducting in order to subject person to grievous hurt, slavery, etc:
This section penalises kidnapping or abducting in order to subject a person to grievous hurt, slavery or unnatural lust. It states that whoever either kidnaps or abducts any person in order that such person may either be subjected or may be so disposed of as to be put in danger of being subjected to grievous hurt, or slavery, or to unnatural lust of any person, or with the knowledge that it is likely that such person will be so subjected or disposed of, shall be punished with simple or rigorous imprisonment for a term extending up to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.

There must be kidnapping or abduction of a person. The kidnapping or abduction must be in order that the victim may be subjected, or may be so disposed of as to be put in danger of being subjected to grievous hurt, or slavery, or to the unnatural lust of any person, or the kidnapping or abduction must be with the knowledge that it is likely that such person will be so subjected or disposed of.
The offence under this section is cognizable, non-bailable and non-compoundable and is triable by court of session.
