Even though âhomicideâ has not been defined in the Code, it means killing of a human being by a human being. It cannot be defined as killing of a person by a person in view of the nature of the definition of the word âpersonâ in section 11 of the Code according to which the word includes any company or association or body of persons, whether incorporated or not.
