ADVERTISEMENTS:
Dated:
Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I had applied for a fresh cheque book/pass book about ten days ago.
Since, there was unusual rush on the stipulated date, the clerk told me to collect my cheque book a day later. I have made four rounds of the bank on various days but was always told to come later.
ADVERTISEMENTS:
Why should our precious time be wasted over such trifling jobs which would hardly have taken five minutes?
I am an old customer of the bank and have found it very troublesome to have had to come so many times. It is an unprecedented lack of service and I have found the behaviour of the clerk very un-co-operative.
I request you to issue me a fresh cheque book as soon as possible because it is required urgently by me. I shall be much obliged.
Thanking you
