“Order” – a confirmed request for Services submitted through our order form, email, or phone.

“Work” / “Deliverable” – the final written material supplied to the Client.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You represent that any information you submit is accurate and complete.
Scope of Services
We provide custom, original content tailored to Client specifications. Academic integrity remains the Client’s responsibility; all Work is intended for reference and inspiration only.
Ordering & Payment

Orders are accepted once payment is received in full or as otherwise mutually agreed.

All prices are quoted in US Dollars and exclude applicable taxes.

Secure payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal; we do not store card details.
Revisions & Refunds

Each order includes unlimited revisions for 14 days after delivery, provided revision requests are consistent with the original brief.

Refunds are available only if we fail to deliver within the agreed deadline and a suitable extension cannot be arranged. Partial refunds may apply at our discretion.
Intellectual Property

We retain the right to refuse projects that promote hate speech, illegal activity, or plagiarism.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
